Young women who skip breakfast regularly are at risk of having a poor riboflavin status. We wish to carry out a study to test the effects of a cereal and milk intervention in young women with particular reference to improving riboflavin status. We are looking for volunteers to consume a breakfast of cereal and milk for 4 weeks while we monitor riboflavin levels in the blood. Cereal and milk are both provided and you will be offered compensation
for your time and effort. Women who complete the screening process will receive
£5 as compensation. Women who complete the intervention study will receive
